Y'all ready for mini-golf, go-karts, bumper boats & arcade games?

As of Aug. 7, there are only 2 seats remaining in the Quail vehicles!

We are so excited to be heading to Boomers! Come and enjoy some arcade-filled, mini golfing fun! This event is $30 per student. Quail-provided transportation is available (seats are limited to 16 participants), but parents may also transport their children. If all seats in Quail’s vehicles fill up, participants will require a ride to and from the event from their parent/guardian.

You must register and pay using the “Register” button below. THEN, you must make sure your participant has a current Annual Health Form on CampDoc. (See instructions below.)


Participants must have a current health form for this event!

Participants will need a current Quail Annual Health Form. This form is accessible through CampDoc, our online destination for health forms, participation permissions, and contact information. To complete this form, please follow the steps below. If you aren't sure if your child has a current form, please email Madie at madison@qlbc.org for clarification.


Steps to Creating a CampDoc Account and filing out the Quail Annual Health Form:


1.) Partcipant’s parent/legal guardian must first set up an account.

  • Emails, phone numbers, and other information MUST be the parent’s/legal guardian's.
  • Minors CANNOT be the operators of the account.

2.) Once the parent’s/legal guardian's profile is complete, add in children as Participants.

  • On the side bar, go to the "New Participant" button.
  • There, add in the child’s information.
  • DO NOT ADD ANY CHILD YOU ARE NOT THE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF. Do not add friends, cousins, or any other child who you are not legally responsible for.

3.) Once a participant’s information is added, go to that child’s registration tab.

  • There, select the button labeled, "Register for a new session." This will bring you to all current available registrations.
  • Select the "Off Campus" event labeled, "2026 >> Quail Annual Health Form".
  • You will be given an opportunity to purchase a protection plan offered through CampDoc. This plan is optional and is not connected to Quail.
  • Once you have wrapped up the protection plan page as well as the invoice page (you will not be charged if you decline the protection plan), you will get a pop-up confirming your registration. You can select to start another "New Registration" or "Close."
  • Selecting "Close" will lead you to the "Application" page. From there, on a desktop, you will see all the required information needing to be filled out on the right side. Incomplete categories will be highlighted by a red dot, completed categories will have a green dot.
  • All categories MUST be completed prior to the event or your child may not be able to participate.


**If you have an existing CampDoc account and your children are active participants, simply register them for our "Off Campus" event labeled, "2026 >> Quail Annual Health Form.” Follow the steps above if needed!
