Baptism is symbolic. It gives you the opportunity to openly say that you want to be dead to yourself and alive to Christ, to proclaim that the old you is gone and you are a new creation in Christ.
We offer a few opportunities for baptism throughout the year. Those interested in baptism will need to attend a mandatory Baptism Briefing, during which you will go over the biblical foundation for baptism and be guided on writing your personal testimony.
The next baptism will be on Sunday, August 18 at the Mokelumne River at 3:00 pm.
