Coaching for Life and Ministry
This class will explore coaching as a tool for growth and development and forward progress in life and ministry. Coaching is coming alongside someone to help them clarify priorities and implement action steps toward reaching goals. NOTE: the person being coached sets and takes ownership for their own goals. Coaching is not about telling someone what to do but rather listening and asking powerful questions so he or she can discern how God is leading him/her and specific steps He’s leading them to take. Coaches celebrate progress, and cheer the person being coached, while helping them stay focused on achieving their goals. The class will consist of teaching and interaction as well as practice coaching. Every person will both coach and be coached during the practice portion of the class.

Faithful, Abundant, True by Beth Moore, Priscilla Shirer, and Kay Arthur
Three Lives Going Deeper Still - Join Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, and Priscilla Shirer in a women's Bible study recorded live at the Orlando Deeper Still Conference.
Kay Arthur teaches from the book of Hebrew. Hebrews is both an example of God's faithfulness and a challenge to believers to be faithful in difficult times.
Priscilla Shirer teaches from Ephesians 3:20-21 on God's abundance. A fundamental basis for every believer is the absolute reality that God can do whatever He chooses to do. God's ability empowers our faithfulness.
Beth Moore teaches on the topic of discernment. In these difficult days it is absolutely essential that we learn to trust the Holy Spirit to enable us to determine what is true and what is false.
